A note about Christmas Delivery times, our couriers work extremely hard and we are grateful for all their work throughout 2023. As always, Christmas time is a busy time of year and as such there are delays in mail delivery.

After Monday 18th December we cannot guarantee you will receive your package before Christmas Day. We are really sorry!

Our distillery door will remain open for in person pick-up; just get in touch at shop@poortoms.com

+ Perth, Darwin & anywhere else in WA/NT –  Order by Weds 6 Dec

+ Hobart & anywhere else in Tassie – order by Fri 9 Dec

+ Regional NSW, Victoria, QLD, SA & Canberra – get in before Weds 13 Dec

+ Adelaide, Greater-Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane – order before Fri 15 Dec

+ Sydney Metro, Inner-West, Eastern Suburbs, Sutherland Shire & North Shore –
order before Fri 15 Dec

Q: How long does shipping take?

We're a small business, please allow 1-3 days for order processing. We always endeavour to get our products to our customers as quick as we can, but as a small team we are occasionally pulled away from the distillery. Thank you for your understanding.


Are your products gluten free?

Yes! All of our products are Gluten Free and certified

Can I visit Poor Toms Gin Hall?

You definitely can. We are open Friday Saturday & Sunday. We don't take bookings, walk-ins only at 6 Chalder Ave, Marrickville. For more information visit The Gin Hall.



What are Poor Toms COVID safe policies?

When swinging past the Gin Hall, we ask that you please wear a mask, sign in using the QR code provided and maintain a 1.5 meter distance. 



Does Poor Toms ship their delicious wares overseas?

Unfortunately we do not ship overseas. But if you are in Australia, we challenge you to find a place we cannot post your order!


I noodled my order! Can I change my mind or get a refund?

We get it, everyone makes mistakes from time to time. Email shop@poortoms.com for a refund or to change your order. If your order has already been dispatched, unfortunately we will not be able to change it.
