Inspired by a joint love of caffé tonic we've developed this once off collaboration product between ourselves and cult coffee heroes, Everyday Coffee. 'The Eye Opener' is the spirit for those who like to burn the candle from both ends and whose mornings and nights merge into one.
At 40% ABV this gin has everything you would expect of a Poor Toms Gin with the added benefit of Everyday Coffee's Rwanda Gitesi filter coffee - resulting in a big pine-y juniper upfront with complex spice and creamy milk chocolate across the palate, finished with bright notes of freeze dried raspberry and native strawberry gum.
