Ingredients:
60ml x Poor Toms Sydney Dry Gin
15ml x Lillet Blanc
5ml x Aperol
Method:
1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass loaded with ice
2. Stir for dilution and chill
3. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a lemon peel
