Strawberry Gin: French 75

Ingredients:

30ml x Strawberry Gin
15ml x lemon juice
15ml x sugar syrup
Top with sparkling wine

Method:

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker
2. Shake hard with plenty of ice
3. Strain into a chilled champagne flute
4. Top with sparkling wine
5. Garnish with a lemon twist.
